Psychiatric education is rigorous, with more than a simple bachelors degree program required to initiate practice. Psychiatrists are Doctors who attended Medical School and specialized in mental health issues, taking a variety of Psychiatrist college courses.

Psychiatrist Training Programs and Qualifications

Psychiatrist education requirements, as mentioned above, are similar to those required of Physicians.
